The all party Indian parliamentary delegation who visited Sri Lanka has left the Island.
Our airport correspondent added that the delegation left the Island at 2.10 pm on a Delhi bound Sri Lankan air lines carrier.
The delegation consisted of 15 members including the main opposition leader of the Indian Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj.
The Indian parliamentary delegation during their visit to Sri Lanka met with several key political figures including President Mahinda Rajapaksa, Opposition Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe, TNA representatives & several other political party representatives.
The delegation who engaged in a tour of the North inspected the progress on IDP resettlements as well as several projects which were actuated under Indian aid.
