Freed Sri Lankan fishermen return home amid restrictions.

The 6 Sri Lanka fishermen who were rescued by the Spanish Navy while in Somali pirate captivity returned to the island this morning.

Our airport correspondent stated that the fishermen arrived on board Emirates flight number EK650.

However, relatives of these fishermen stated that they were not given permission to greet their returning loved ones.

Meanwhile, our reporter on site also indicated that permission was granted by the Ministry of Fisheries only to several state media organizations to cover the arrival.

We spoke to an airport official regarding this matter.
