India's BJP or known otherwise as the Bharati Janatha Party has stressed that
resettlement & development activities in Sri Lanka's war ravaged North should be redoubled.
This proposal regarding Sri Lanka was called up during political assembly of the BJP In Madurei, Chennai.
It is reported that several high profile personalities including Indian Opposition Leader Sushma Swaraj & L.K. advani were present during the BJP's assembly.
Here it was noted that India's Ruling Congress Party should actively engage Sri Lanka to expedite efforts concerning resettlement & development in its North.
It was also noted that construction activities of the 50,000 housing units which are being built in the North of the country under Indian assistance should be accelerated.
