More than nine Sri Lanka mirror & x news employees have been arrested by police according to ground reports.
Criminal Investigation Department officials had searched the office of news website Sri Lanka mirror this afternoon.
According United National Party Communications head Parliamentarian Mangala Samaraweera all computers of the Sri Lanka mirror website had been confiscated by the Criminal Investigations Department for further investigations.
He also noted that CID officers had arrived at the residence of Sri Lanka Mirror editor Ruwan Ferdinandez.
These were the views expressed by UNP MP Mangala Samarawickrama in this regard.
