Hemakumara never dispensed advise; alleges Min Mahinda Yapa

Minister of Agriculture Mahinda yapa Abeywardhana states that Presidential Advisor on Agriculture Hemakumara Nanayakkara did not dispense advice to him on any occasion.

 

Addressing a Function held in the Weligama-Kanangke area Minister Abeywardhana noted that it was the duty of the Presidential Advisor on Agriculture to point out any short coming in the agriculture sector.

 

 

 

Meanwhile defending his stance Former Presidential Advisor on Agriculture Hemakumara Nanayakkara stated that he only served as the president's advisor on the subject matter.
