Addressing the cabinet decisions press briefing held in Colombo today Minister Rambukwella noted that irrespective of new laws being formulated in this regard offenders would inevitably discover the Achilles heel.
Meanwhile, the Media Organisations Conglomerate launched a demonstration today which was followed by a seminar.
Several opposition political party leaders, civil activists & journalists were present during the demonstration which was observed before the Lipton Circus in Colombo this afternoon.
