NFF ready to stand alone in the East.

The National Freedom Front is preparing to contest at the Eastern Provincial Council election under the Pancha-yudaya emblem.

National Freedom Front general secretary Priyanjith Vitharana participating in a discussion told our news team that the NFF was preparing to contest at the election for the Eastern Province Council if former Trincomalee District NFF MP Jayantha Wijesekera was not given UPFA candidacy.

The NFF General Secretary also said that a discussion was held with
regard to this within the party yesterday.
