The United People’s Freedom Alliance has removed three provincial representatives of the party from all their posts for violating the party’s constitution and policies.

Two of the representatives are former UPFA members who joined the UNP.

UPFA General Secretary MP Susil Premajayantha also confirmed that the Chairman of the Dehiovita Pradeshiya Sabha who is contesting the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council election through an independent group has also been relieved of all his UPFA duties.
