No Sri Lankan's In Indian train mishap

The Sri Lankan high commission in India has noted that there were no Sri Lankan's on board the train which caught ablaze in the Andra Pradesh this morning.

 

The fire on board one of the carriages of the Tamilnadu Express Travelling from Delhi to Chennai claimed the lives of 47 persons while leaving 28 others injured.

 

More than 70 commuters had been onboard the carriage at the time of the incident.
