Railway transport between the Haputale and Naanu Oya disrupted.

Railway transport has been disrupted owing to the eruption of fire on both sides of the railway track between Ohiya and Pattipola on the Upcountry railway line.

Railway Commercial Superintendent Wijeya Samarasinghe says that as a
result of this, railway transport between the Haputale and Naanu Oya
railway stations has been temporarily put on hold.
