Indian Minister of Commerce & Trade Anand Sharma who was in the island recently noted that talks to resume the CEPA agreement had been held between the Commerce Secretaries of both countries.

Sharma had also stated that the enactment of CEPA would provide the country with direct & expedient access to the Indian Market.
