Halt to power cuts may commence from the 28th

The Ceylon Electricity Board remains confident that the Nocrochcholai power plant could be restored back to its functioning state by the 27th of this month.

 

Deputy Chairman of the CEB Anura Wijepala expressed the following views to our news team in this regard.

 

 He also noted that power cuts may be entirely halted, or abridged by the 28th of this month.
