The University Grants Commission today assured the Supreme Court that it would submit the final Z score report on the 03rd of September.
The case was taken up before a three judge panel consisting of Chief Justice Dr. Shirani Bandaranaike.
Speaking during the trial the Attorney General had informed the Supreme Court that the final Z score report was being collectively compiled with the assistance of the UGC, the AG's Department & the Ministry of Education.
Subsequent to considering the facts presented before it the 3 judge panel had advised the Attorney General that the report should be the final edition while students rights should also be preserved causing injustice to none.
Failing to provide a verdict on the case once the report is taken up before the Supreme Court on the 03rd of September, court will re-consider the case on the 10th of September.
