The National & District level competencies of the year 2011 Advanced Level Examination was published on the web subsequent to their revisions today.
Secretary to the Ministry of Education speaking to our news team noted that students who had been inconvenienced by the Z score issue would also be permitted university entrance.
Speaking during a media briefing which was held today Chief Secretary of the Ceylon Teachers Union Joseph Stallin went on to say that justice had been served by a large number of students who were inconvenienced by the
Z Score issue.
Around 400 students filed petitions at the Supreme Court stating that their competency levels had been subject to change due the Z score issue.
When the relevant petitions were taken up before court last Monday, the University Grants Commission submitted 4 methodologies for student intakes.
