Mervyn Silva says he will not reveal the authentic reasons behind Malaka Silva assaulting a Major

Minister Mervyn silva states that the authentic reason behind his son assaulting

an Army major at a prominent night club in Colombo has not yet been revealed.

 

Minister Mervyn Silva made this statement while addressing a media briefing held in Colombo this afternoon.

 

 

However the son of Minister Mervyn silva still remains at large.

 

When inquired if whether Malaka Silva was being intentionally concealed

Minister Mervyn Silva had this to say.

 

 

Meanwhile journalists raised the topic of Minister Mervyn Silva's son at a media briefing convened by the JHU.

 

Venerable Athuraliye Rathana Thero responding to queries raised in this regard stated that Malaka Silva should not be dealt with lightly since he was a minister's son.

 

 

Meanwhile Police Media Spokesperson SSP Ajith Rohana had this to say concerning the department not being able to arrest Malaka Silva.
