According to reports the meeting is most likely to take place during the Asia Cooperation Dialogue forum which is slated to be held on the 15th of this month in Kuwait with the participation of 31 state leaders.

Meanwhile a visiting Tamil National Alliance delegation headed by its leader parliamentarian R. Sambanthan has met with Indian Premier Dr. Manmohan Singh.
