The Bureau of Foreign Employment states that it was able to successfully conclude the first day of the Korean Language Proficiency Test which was held today.
According to Chairman of the F.E.B. Amal Senadhilankara, today’s examination has been reported to be incident free.
Moreover, he noted that all measures had been drawn up to make the second day of the Korean Language Proficiency test tomorrow, a success.
Meanwhile Minister of Foreign Employment Promotion Dilan Perera arrived at Nalanda College in Colombo today while the Korean Language test was in session.
Media personnel who were gathered at the location queried the minister regarding instances of favouritism which is being afforded to select individuals by politicians when seeking employment in Korea.
