Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa said that the 'Divi- neguma' Act has been prepared aimed at several more main factors including the speeding up of the activities of the Samurdhi Authority.

Participating at a media briefing held in Colombo yesterday the Minister asserted that the 'Divineguma' Act is basically separated into three sections.

Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa asserted further that all the graduate trainees recruited to Government Service recently could be made permanent in Government service even tomorrow.

The Minister said that however it could not be done as a relevant case in pending in court.
