The 2013 budget will be presented by President Mahinda Rajapksa in Parliament tomorrow in his capacity as Minister of Finance.
Government sources state that a favourable response will be provided during tomorrow's budget concerning attempts to balance the countries import expense against that of the export income, which stands as the main issue faced by the countries economy.
