The five Russians who were arrested for obtaining cash utilising counterfeit credit cards have been placed under remand custody until the 30th of this month.
The 5 suspects were apprehended by a group of officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department on the 16th of this month along with 250 forged credit cards in their procession.
The suspects were ordered to be placed under remand custody upon having being presented before the Hulftsdorp courts today.
According to police the suspects had been arrested along side 250 counterfeit credit cards, 6 laptops, 2 encoders &. 2.5 million rupees and 5000 Euros in cash.
