The Jathika Sewaka Sangamaya attached to the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery states that it opposes the dormancy of the administration, which has failed to offer compensation to two of its employees who were killed in a recent accident which occurred within the facility.

When contacted by our news team, a senior official of the CPC noted that steps required to offer compensation for the two deceased employees had already been implemented.
The senior official also noted that steps would be taken to introduce a more comprehensive insurance scheme in future for its employees.
