Year+2013+dedicated+for+eradicating+non+communicable+diseases.

The ministry of health has decided to name 2013 the year to eradicate non communicable diseases.

 

The ministry states that large number of people in the country including youth has contracted non communicable diseases such as diabetes and cancer.

 

Speaking to our news team, deputy minister of health Lalith Dissanayaka stated that non communicable diseases can be prevented with the use of good health habits.
