President to visit Bodhgaya

Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa will visit Bodh Gaya in Bihar next month.


The President will visit Bodh Gaya on February 8th and he will also meet the Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar.


Thousands of Sri Lankans visit Bodh Gaya annually as the 1,500-year-old Mahabodhi Temple is considered Buddhism's holiest shrine.
