Bus strike to commence from the 15th of February onwards in the event of solutions being delayed

Chairman of the Lanka private bus owners union Gamunu Wijerathen states that an island wide bus strike will be launched, if a permanent solution is not given for the bus fare amendment before 15th of February.


Addressing a media briefing held in Colombo today Gamunu Wijerathne stated that he only expects a monetary concession or a fuel subsidy.
