4 police officers attached to the Moratuwa Police transferred

4 police officers who had been serving attached to the Moratuwa Police station have been transferred with immediate effect as per the instructions of the inspector General of Police.


According to the Police Media Unit an HQI, CI, & two Sub Inspectors attached to the Moratuwa police station have been transferred citing disciplinary reasons.


It was the Moratuwa police station which conducted investigations on the murder of the Chief Incumbent of the Moratuwa Sunan-dopa-nandarama Vihara in Egodauyana-Moratuwa recently.
