Indian delegation to present report to President

The Indian parliamentary delegation that is currently visiting Sri Lanka is scheduled to present a report regarding their observations to the president.


The Wanni/Kilinochchi Organizer of the SLFP Geethanjali Naguleshwaran stated that the delegation who toured Jaffna made this statement.


Sri Lankan artistes are engaging in an adishtana pooja themed “Come see the Truth” today at the independence square.


Anti Sri Lankan sentiments have been running high in South India with the latest protests being against the Sri Lankan cricketers taking part in the IPL.


Another protest was organized recently in T Nagar with the participation of famous South Indian film stars such as Rajini Kanth, Kamal Hassan and Sarath Kumara.


Speaking during the protest, the president of the South Indian Film Stars Association, Sarath Kumara stated that a comprehensive investigation needs to be launched into war crimes.
