Individuals dispossessed of jobs in Saudi return to island in groups

The Bureau of Foreign Employment states that it has taken steps to ensure the safe passage of several groups of Sri Lankan migrants who have been deprived of their jobs, subsequent to the expiration of their job identification card.


Media Spokesperson of the FEB, Deputy General Manager Mangala Randeniya expressing his views to our news team noted that Sri Lankan Embassy in Saudi had taken measures to convene discussions with the countries government in this regard.


Deputy General Manager & Media Spokesperson of the FEB Mangala Randeniya meanwhile expressed these views with regards to the measures taken by the bureau to ensure the safe passage of these employees.
