Pakistani national wanted for illegal birth control drug arrested.

The Pakistani national who smuggled 30,000 vials of illegal birth control drug to the country was arrested at the Fort Railway Station today evening.

Director of the Department of Customs Mali Piyasena confirmed the arrest and said that a decoy was deployed to bring down the suspect from his hideout in Wadduwa.

Customs officials detected the contraband worth of 30 million rupees which was hidden among sacks of potatoes in a container imported from Pakistan last Friday.
