Moreover according to several of our correspondents due to the incessant rains experienced in the central high lands, a dense fog is said to obscure several routes.
The routes include the Ginigathhena-Hatton, Ginigathhena-Colombo & Ginigathhena-Nuwara Eliya roads.
Meanwhile the Disaster Management Centre states that around 100 individuals belonging to 25 families continues to inhabit displacement camps due to the recently experienced cyclone.
A total of 8105 individuals were distressed as a result of the cyclone.
