Postal voting will be held on Monday and Tuesday while state employees who fail to cast their vote could do so on the 12th, 13th and 14th.

Deputy Elections Commissioner M M Mohommad expressed these views.

Local election monitors and a representative from each political party and independent group will be able to monitor postal voting.
