Police arrested 4 TNA supporters while they were distributing election propaganda leaflets that carried the photograph of Prabhakaran at Kodikamam in Jaffna today.

A standalone on the first page has described in Tamil how Prabhakaran became a hero.
In addition, names and photographs of the all TNA candidates contesting the North Provincial Council election were also included in this leaflet.
The bus in which the TNA propagandists traveled was also taken into custody and, police found nearly 1200 copies of this leaflet inside this bus.
Apart from violating the election laws, police has initiated special investigation to ascertain whether the suspects have any connection to the past terrorist activities.
