Socialist Youth Forum begins a new programme.

The Socialist Youth Forum began a program to save the youth from social evils today.


Forum National Organizer Bimal Rathnayake said that the forum will target all towns to implement its programs.


Addressing the inaugural program in front of the Fort Railway Station, Bimal Rathnayake stressed the need of a tangible program to socialize the youth who have already fallen prey to various evils.


Meanwhile Center for Coordination of Trade Unions organized a conference in order to win 21 demands including higher salaries in Colombo yesterday.


Addressing the gathering, President of the Center for Coordination of Trade Unions and former MP K.D. Lal Kantha said that there is no choice to win labor rights other than organizing the labor forces.
