CEB warns several state institutions.

The Ceylon Electricity Board is issuing a warning to several State institutions.


The CEB has issued this warning asking these institutions to pay the money that should be paid for electricity used by them.


In response to a query made by our news team, CEB chairman W. B. Ganegala said that by now several State institutions had not paid their electricity bills.


The institutions concerned have, even by now, been informed to pay the arrears electricity bills before the end of this month.


The CEB chairman said that electricity of these institutions would not be severed in view of CHOGM being held these days.
