No protests in Colombo today and tomorrow

The Colombo Magistrate has issued an injunction preventing public protests and protest marches in Colombo city today and tomorrow due to the Commonwealth Summit.


Police Media Spokesman SSP Ajith Rohana said the Court issued this ruling after considering a request made by the police to stop protests and protest marches within Colombo city limits on the 14th and 15th of this month.
