Sri Lankan High Commissioner to Britain Dr. Chris Nonis states that a small percentage of the Diaspora is behind the political opinions of certain countries.

He made this statement in response to a question raised by a journalist during a press conference held at the BMICH today.

Sri Lankan High Commissioner in Britain Dr. Chris Nonis states that groups which nourished terrorism and war in Sri Lanka have initiated a large scale propaganda campaign against Sri Lanka during the duration of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.

 

Taking part in “Amanpur”, a CNN program, Dr. Nonis stated that Sri Lanka has the ability to look into its issues on its own as a sovereign country and that, international inquiries are unnecessary.
