Govt confident of achieving 2 billion dollars FDI target

Investment Promotion Minister Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena said that the Government is confident that it could to reach the  2 billion dollar target in Foreign Direct Investments  to Sri Lanka by the end of next month.


The Government has already received one billion dollars in FDIs.


The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka will sign agreements with several foreign investors on the sidelines of CHOGM for the purpose.
