Moratuwa+carpenters+take+to+the+streets+demanding+separate+ministry
Carpenters of Moratuwa engaged in a protest this afternoon near the Moratuwa Kurusa Handiya based on several demands which included a demand for a separate ministry.

The Moratuwa Magistrate’s Court also issued an order stating that the protest can be carried out subject to conditions.

The Moratuwa police requested the Moratuwa Magistrate’s Court to issue an order stopping the protest as it would hinder the public.

After considering the facts the Court decreed that the protest can be carried out subject to certain conditions.
