Vignshwaran's invitation still open; Says India.

Indian Finance Minister and senior Congress leader P Chidambaram said that there are chances that Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will go to Jaffna and hold talks with newly elected Northern Province Chief Minister C.V.Wigneswaran.

Referring to an invite extended by C V Wigneswaran to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, he said, "The invite is still open.

There are chances that Indian Prime Minister will go to Jaffna and hold talks with him.

India has been consistently insisting for implementation of 13th amendment.

Meanwhile leader of the TULF, V Ananda sangaree states that the TNA is following a double standard policy.

Addressing a meeting held in Jaffna V Ananda Sangaree stated that the TNA does not have a program to find solutions for the issues faced by Tamils.
