Police say that the cause of the Saudi Embassy officer’s death was a heart ailment.

This embassy officer’s body was recovered from a swimming pool in a housing complex in Bambalapitiya last evening.

The postmortem conducted on the body revealed that the officer had died due to a sudden heart attack.

The body of a foreign national was found floating in a swimming pool in a housing complex in Bambalapitiya.

The Bambalapitiya Police stated that the deceased was attached to the Saudi Embassy in Sri Lanka.
