North Western Provincial Councilor Kamal Indika and 3 other suspects were remanded until the 5th of this month when they were produced before Kurunegala Magistrate this afternoon.

Police Media Spokesman’s Office stated that the police, acting on a complaint made by the victims, arrested the 4 suspects this morning on an alleged assault on the 3 persons at Kandulawa in Gokarella on the 22nd of last month.
