Two arrested for printing counterfeit currency

The police raided a place allegedly printing fake notes in Serpentine Road, Borella this morning.

According to the Police Media spokesman’s office, two suspects have been arrested in possession of 4 notes valued at 5,000 rupees.

The suspects were 20 year old residents of Borella area.  Police have confiscated the fake notes and the equipments used for printing.
