Video : A tribunal against Sri lanka convenes in Germany.

The Rome based Permanent Peoples’ Tribunal was scheduled to begin its second hearing on Sri Lanka yesterday in Germany.

The charges are that the British, US and Indian states are guilty of complicity in the allegations raised against the Sri Lankan government.

A panel representing activists and academics from various countries will then draw their conclusions based on what they hear as part of the tribunal judges.
