Alternate safety policy for children in foster homes

Commissioner of Probation and Child Protection Services Yamuna Perera stated that an alternate policy will be introduced on behalf of children housed at children’s homes.

Accordingly children will be reintegrated in to society under separate stages.

Therefore under the first stage children will be reintegrated to society under the protection of their home environment.
