One of them titled “Ambassador Stephen J. Rapp and US Ambassador in Sri Lanka Michel J Sison tour the site of a school and a hospital in the ‘No Fire Zone 2”.

The second photograph of the duo titled “the site where many were killed by army shelling in 2009 January”.

There is a sign board which reads St Anthony Sports Ground is also appearing in the second photograph.

The 3rd photograph depicts the two ambassadors inside a wrecked building labelled as the UN office operated inside the ‘No Fire Zone”.

While inquiring regarding the matter, Army Media spokesman Brigadier Ruwan Wanigasuriya said that he strongly denies the allegations aimed at the military.

He further mentioned that there were no divisions of ‘No Fire Zone’ as mentioned by the US Embassy Twitter feed.

The Media spokesman also said that he doubts whether this was an attempt to validate the Channel 4 videos against Sri Lanka through these photos and information.
