Bomb targets bus of Shia pilgrims in south-west Pakistan

At least 24 people were killed and scores others injured when a pilgrims' bus came under a bomb attack in Mastung last evening.

The banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi has claimed responsibility of the attack.

The attack has been condemned by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain. Chief Minister Balochistan, Dr Abdul Malik has called for a report of the attack.

The attack has also been condemned by the Majils-e-Wahadat-e-Muslimeen and the Hazara Democratic Party. Shia organisations have announced three days of mourning.
