Sri Lanka's non-isolation in international community is India's hope, says Indian FM
Indian Foreign Minister says that it is not India’s hope to see Sri Lanka isolated in the international community.
The Indian Foreign Minister Salmon Kurshid says that India offers all support for stable peace within Sri Lanka, as well as bringing about reconciliation.
The Indian Foreign Minister said so when a group of Sri Lankan journalists met him at the Indian Foreign Ministry yesterday.
Speaking further on this occasion the Indian Foreign Minister said that Sri Lanka was not an isolated country and that rest of the countries in the world were watchful with regard to Sri Lanka’s line of action.
On this occasion the Indian Foreign Minister had also stated the reasons for India protesting against the resolutions the International Community had put forward against Sri Lanka.
