29 Indian fishermen who breached the Sri Lankan maritime boundary have been arrested and 7 vessels have been seized by the Navy last night.

According to Navy Spokesman Commander Kosala Warnakulasuriya, they have been arrested near Delft Island.

The arrested fishermen have been brought to Kankasanthure harbour and have been handed over to the Jaffna Fisheries Inspector.
