Jayalalitha ready to reply legally with regard to releasing Rajiv Ghandi killers.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalitha Jayaraam says that she is prepared to take legal action against the Central government to release the Rajeev Gandhi assassins.

Although the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister announced that action would be taken to release the seven Rajeev Gandhi assassins, the Indian Central Government obstructed it.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa Jayaraam is getting ready to file action before the Indian Supreme Court challenging the Central government’s obstruction.
Reports say that preparation is being made to file the case at the Supreme Court next Thursday.
Meanwhile, Indian Union minister for shipping G K Vasan said the Tamil Nadu government's decision to release the seven convicts in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case is very unfortunate and should be reviewed, as there are national security issues involved.
Expressing his views on the issue for the first time, he told reporters that the state government should have acted in a responsible way.
He ruled out any possibility of the Centre accepting the state government's decision on humanitarian grounds.
Vasan said In the name of mercy and keeping elections and political gains in mind the state has taken a wrong decision.
