Police Media Spokesman SSP Ajith Rohana denies the statement made by UNP MP Dr. Harsha de Silva who said that police were ready to arrest him.

Expressing his views at a media briefing held yesterday, UNP MP Dr. Harsha de Silva said that he was accused for providing false information to people regarding the Colombo port city which is under construction and the government Intelligence Division was going to arrest him.

However, according to SSP Ajith Rohana, no order has been issued to the government Intelligence Division regarding the arrest of the alleged MP.

Therefore, his statement is completely false.
