Rathupaswala Human Rights investigations end.

The investigations carried out by the Sri Lanka Human Rights Commission with regard to the tense situation that cropped up in Rathupaswala last year has ended.

Its legal secretary attorney-at-law Nimal Punchihewa said that evidence of the people of the area, civil organizations, security forces and a large number of Government institution officials had been recorded.

He said further that this report would be handed over to authorities including the President within the next two weeks.
